Saw this sentence of quote in the bus this morning. Kind of upset my thoughts.

Hmmm, this has become a common thinking in the younger generation. Okie, I’m not that old yet, but my upbringing and thinking are more conservative. I love my parents, it’s not easy to bring up a child, yet they brought up 3 of us to become the white white fat fat (白白胖胖) adults now lor, so it means we did not starve during our childhood, have good food to eat…

Well, every house has different problems lah (家家有本难念的经), but I believe no matter what, blood is thicker than water, even how angry you all with your family members, somehow you will be able to forgive them once they repent… unless it’s those unforgivable acts…

My brother belongs to the younger generation, but hopefully he hasn’t got those thoughts…

Okok, don’t talk about cold-water topics le… haha, recently discover a substitute for the old Narcissus brand “Chicken-In-A-Biscuit”. I remember it used to taste so good, but don’t know what happened to it became a biscuit that is just sprinkled with MSG…

I found this Meiji Brand “Petit Brunch – Chicken Flavour” taste abit similar lor, and its taste is quite good (to my liking) so recommend to my sister yesterday. I bought it at Watsons at $1.80 for 1 box (which comes in 6 individual packs, each have 8 biscuits inside, i.e total 48 biscuits), so it doesn’t harm to try and see if you all like it.

I’m having it as breakfast for the past 2 days lor, and now my breakfast got to be more miserable le, cos the cost of my Tea has risen again, now it cost 90 cents instead of 80 cents… that’s means in order to stay at my budget of $2 for breakfast, I can only buy food at maximum of $1.10 instead of $1.20, haiz, the hateful Inflation!

And those who like to buy those ice cream from those mobile kiosk (along Orchard and various estates), I recommend you to try the Brand “Evergreen” ice cream, its taste is not that sweet and surprisingly I do not feel thirsty after finishing the ice cream unlike other brands that is too sweet and sticky…

Outside Plaza Singapura there is an uncle selling this brand (Evergreen), downstairs at my office building (Cecil Street), I buy from him occasionally, and he is also selling Evergreen brand… I believe that there are more sellers carrying this brand outside also, do try it and can taste the difference lor…

Eh, from today till Sunday I think, Natas Fair again… I feel like going for a holiday, a short break… haha, think this will occur every 3 to 4 months… been having holidays, short getaways every year lor, so has become a habit bah… Might be going to Genting in June… hopefully can then I can get some rest… haha…

Yesterday, saw Taiwanese news, they reported a Black Man (in USA) is celebrating his retirement after working in the company for 72 years… and he’s also celebrating his 100th birthday… Wah, really must reward him lor, so hardworking. He only took 1 day of leave during his 72 years of service, that’s to coordinate his wife’s passing on… I shall hereby give him my most sincere round of applause… **CLAPS**

My company has recently published our works in 2 locals magazines, Singapore Architect Issue 231 (February / March 2006) and Cube Magazine (Issue 21 2006), could go and take a look at any leading bookstores (MPH, Kinokuniya, Borders etc)

ps: Realised that I’m a real talkative wor, can keep going on and on… better stop now, go back to work… **yawns**

How come nowadays I’m having Friday Blues ah, I used to feel so happy that weekends is coming but this few weeks so “Bored” feeling… maybe nowadays no one ask me out bah, (oh no, am I becoming unpopular??) Then would be going home after work if there are no dates…. Today still don’t know got anything on anot… haiz, where have my friends gone too??

Friendship needs to be maintained one lor… I must put in some effort too, but I just asked them out last Sat… haha, see my mood first bah, anyway Sun I’ll be going shopping with my cousin if nothing goes wrong… haha
