  Jap Drama

Recently I have been watching Gokusen 2 (A Japanese Series) and it is a nice show to watch… I actually finished it in 2 nights, because I watched it during a Thursday night and finished the balance discs (total 8 discs) on Friday night… Haha

Called me crazy, but I am always a TV addict, give me shows that I like, I can sit there continuously for hours…

This Actor is cute hor…His name is Kamenashi Kazuya and at first he won’t catch your eye but as you watch on the series, you will realize he is CUTE!! Haha, btw he is a singer (Group: Kat-Tun) and he is only 20 this year… Haha, so young!!

Then after finishing the Gokusen 2, I went to buy Gokusen (Gokusen 2 is the sequel) and realize it’s better than Gokusen 2, but I’m still into disc 5 only, because weekday mah, can’t watch till wee hours, max 1.30am must sleep le… Haha

Well, in Gokusen (1) I like Matsumoto Jun (he has acted as Kindaichi after Domoto Tsuyoshi, that’s Tang Ben Gang, 1 half of the Kinki Kids) and I realize that Kamenashi Kazuya also acted as Kindaichi for like 1 case… Haha, I guess Japan Drama is like that, whoever is more popular at the moment, will get to act in the Evergreen Drama series…

Kinki Kids (Domoto Tsuyoshi is on the left)

Last but not least, Nakama Yukie (that’s the teacher, Yankumi) acting is nice… Haha, she is so funny!! Btw actually she is quite pretty but in the show she look so blur, so dull, so old fashioned!!

  He's Back !!

Chelsea vs Fulham (Dated 23 September 2006) Score 2 : 0

Hopefully, his form can stay this terrific throughout the whole season!!

It has been a tough match with Fulham without Terry, Ballack and Boulahrouz…

And seems like all are under pressure to perform, and when you hope Drogba to do some scoring, he will not… Because I have always said, Drogba will only score when people are not expecting or those tai-ko types… Haha

Luckily, Lampard finally wake up from his dreams… or “his daughter finally stopped crying in the middle of the night and that enable to have better sleep”…

He managed to remember he has responsibility as the Captain during the match (well, Terry had some back injury but seems like back strain bah) so he pulled up his socks and he scored!!

Not ONE but TWO!! *Whistles*, the 1st was a penalty and if I’m the goalkeeper, I surely will siam away, because Lampard uses his whole body weight to kick off the ball, I won’t want to have internal injuries, haha…and lucky this time he did quite well under pressure and got a 1st goal against Fulham…

The 2nd was more beautiful, Kalou did a good job too… and the ball just rolled into the net nicely… Fulham no chance liao… Hehe

But how come Lampard gave the Captain band to Drogba during the additional 4 minutes play where he was substituted by Bridge?? Hmmm, maybe at that moment, Drogba was the best bah!!

So does it mean that he has No Choice Too!! But nevermind, I LOVE the End Results!!

  Chelsea VS Liverpool
Chelsea VS Liverpool - Score 1:0

Well, lucky they won again, but well I think Liverpool did quite well... Steven Gerrard got a few good tries (at the goal) but too bad, did not get pass Petr Cech...

Hehe, these all in the name of fun!!

Drogba always give me the super tai-ko feeling, like those always at the correct place at the correct time...

Hehe, cos the Liverpool Manager Rafael Benitez say if José Mourinho offered to shake his hands he will accept mah, so even lose liao, he still must have sportsmanship to shake José Mourinho's hand lor... LL

  Rot @ Home
Haiz, I can't believe that I have rot at home for this past weekend... Argh!!

Although I have met someone for dinner last Friday (happy) but then I did not go down for O-Bar cos it was too last minute and I have no mood for clubbing...

Then Saturday, went KTV with my brother from 3 to 7pm and rot at home again... Haiz... At night, a group of friends (all guys) went out lor, so disappointed that I wasn't jio... cos someone was there too... but their motive there is to see gals and drink drink drink lah... Haiz!!

Sunday, went to have lunch with my sister... then ROT at home again... Oh my gosh, I certainly do not want to keep ROTTING at home for the coming weekends... luckily I still got IM with someone... Hehe

So all I can Conclude from this weekend is I HAD ROT AT HOME AGAIN!!

Now all that I can look forward is the Soccer Match between Chelsea and Liverpool showing at Singapore Time: 2025 hours...

  Another Wonder
Almost every year my holidays would be to another part of the world and usually would be a city.

So I have some intentions to see the poorer parts of the world, but have to see whether enough kakis to go with first, so this time, no more City lives...

If I really able to summon enough friends, then I will be able to see another Wonder of the World, hehe, I have only seen Great Wall of China so far, hence I really hope to see Angkor Wat and maybe next year I can see the Grand Canyon in USA!! Well, that is provided I can save up enough to go over first!!

Yes, I have some thoughts of going to Cambodia...

See it's so pretty!!

Another interesting but sad history is: -

The Cambodian Killing Fields

On April 17th, 1975 the Khmer Rouge, a communist guerrilla group led by Pol Pot, took power in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. They forced all city dwellers into the countryside and to labor camps. During their rule, it is estimated that 2 million Cambodians died by starvation, torture or execution. 2 million Cambodians represented approximately 30% of the Cambodian population during that time.

The Khmer Rouge turned Cambodia to year zero. They banned all institutions, including stores, banks, hospitals, schools, religion, and the family. Everyone was forced to work 12 - 14 hours a day, every day. Children were separated from their parents to work in mobile groups or as soldiers. People were fed one watery bowl of soup with a few grains of rice thrown in. Babies, children, adults and the elderly were killed everywhere. The Khmer Rouge killed people if they didn’t like them, if didn’t work hard enough, if they were educated, if they came from different ethnic groups, or if they showed sympathy when their family members were taken away to be killed. All were killed without reason. Everyone had to pledge total allegiance to Angka, the Khmer Rouge government. It was a campaign based on instilling constant fear and keeping their victims off balance.

After the Vietnamese invaded and liberated the Cambodian people from the Khmer Rouge, 600,000 Cambodians fled to Thai border camps. Ten million landmines were left in the ground, one for every person in Cambodia. The United Nations installed the largest peacekeeping mission in the world in Cambodia in 1991 to ensure free and fair elections after the withdrawal of the Vietnamese troops. Cambodia was turned upside down during the Khmer Rouge years and the country has the daunting task of healing physically, mentally and economically.

  Chilling Out
Well, it has been a long time since I went chilling out with my friends...

We meet up for a Seafood Dinner at Newton first, ordered Black Pepper Crabs, Sting Ray, Baby Kailan, Baby Squids, Cockles, Seafood Soup, Chicken Wings (I think that's all) and the total cost is like $101... Haha, not very ex right, and it was 5 of us who met up first...

Then after that we went to Circular Road for some drinks, a partially Weixiong's birthday celebration bah... Went to a Pub named Pink Dolphin, at first there are some unpleasant incidents lah, that made me annoyed but nevermind lah, just let it be lor, don't want to ruin our night out...

We had a total of 10 people chilling out at the Pub, Me, Xiong, KT, Joanna, James, Weijie, Adrian, Sean and Sean's friends... One is named Daniel (I found him familiar, then I remember seeing his profile in Friendster, lol), another one I'm not sure whether isit Ryan or Brian... Haha, because it was too loud inside the KTV pub and I couldn't really catch his name, nvm next time ask Sean... Oh, it was Xiong who asked Sean along... That night, did nothing much but just play cards and drink alittle bit of Chivas (mixed with Coke)...

Had a nice time chilling out, singing KTV (2 songs only)... I sang Rainie Yang - Ai Mei and Jolin - Jia Zhuang, but had to wait for a very long time sia...

I heard someone sang Kiss Goodbye and I felt like going to ask him to stop ruining the song... Haha, my idol leh... :p

And I'm proud to say when I was singing the Ai Mei song, I saw a few ppl looking at me, so I hope it means I sing quite nicely?!?!... *blush* paiseh lah... But I like singing this song... And my friend also say sing Ai Mei lor, cos I did not know what songs to sing mah...

Went back at around 1.45am lor, cos pubbing usually can't stay too long one... so I took Weijie's car home... Hehe and he don't know what happened took 2 wrong routes... LoL, so it took 1hr to reach home... But nevermind lah, can't complain when I get a free ride mah... Thanks weijie...

Next time, we shall go chilling at those Wine Bar le... A Different Class!! LoL

  I saw this car

Do not know what car brand is this?? Okok, see the logo at a closer range.

Haha, I saw a similar car of Maserati brand at Ann Siang Hill... It was the first time I actually see this brand of car in Singapore (maybe I'm sua-ku)... So pretty hor and on this "Hill", can see Porsche Carrera 911, Lotus Elise, Nissan Skyline GTR etc... Now I get to see Maserati... LoL, maybe next time I will see Ferrari or maybe Lamboghini...

After descending from the "Hill", I saw my sister's ex boyfriend walk past me... I do not have a chance to call him... LoL... That's at South Bridge Road, it was the 2nd time I see him at this area... Maybe I'll be third time lucky then he can see me (maybe I'm too short, LoL)

  Staring
Almost every morning I would see my neighbour and the 2 children (1 nursery going, another I think 1year old bah) she is babysitting for… and without fail every morning they (2 children) are fascinated in staring at me while taking the same lift…

I wonder what are they thinking, maybe

1. How come this jie jie (aunty) smell so nice… [Cos I got put nice smelling perfume k]

2. How come this jie jie (aunty) face red red one… [Cos I got put blusher on my cheeks mah]

3. How come this jie jie (aunty) every day wear so black… [Cos my favourite assemble lor]

OR

4. How come this jie jie (aunty) so pretty… [Hahahahahahaha, wishful thinking]

LoL, okie lah, have to stop this crappy thinking le…

I have been getting busy at work, unable to eat snake that often as last time le, LoL, which is good, cos I can work harder and time passed faster mah…

Today so fast middle of the week le, I want to go for a seafood dinner this Friday and maybe KTV but KT haven give me answer whether confirm anot… Cos if not then I find other programs to do mah… You know, I’m thinking of watching the movie, the something got Prada one?? Haha, I can’t remember the title, but it sounds a nice movie to watch…

Is it My Devil Boss Wear Prada? Or My Boss Wear Prada?? Haha, whatever bah…

K lah, give me some indication else my weekend must be spent rotting at home lor… or doing my favourite activity that is watch VCDS... Haha, the Er Zuo Ju Zhi Wen (Starring Yuan Chang & Lin Yi Chen) I have already watched like more than 4 times le... How how how!!

  Cuisine!
I went to a café at Arab Street (Exact Location: AMBROSIA CAFÉ, 19 Baghdad Street, Singapore 119658, Tel: 6292 7313) for Mediterranean cuisine.

The food was quite tasty but the serving is small lor, so big eaters can’t really fill up their stomachs… LoL

I like their Mint tea, it is quite refreshing and it tasted like the Double Mint (I think that’s the brand name) Chewing Gum…

Oh, I went there with Sean and his colleague called Ryan, supposed to have more friends but it was kind of last minute thing, so others did not turn up… I had a cosy and humorous night; Ryan is a quite funny guy although sometimes his jokes are sarcastic but nevermind lah, joking only…

Next time, we might have another chance to go eat Turkish food at Far East if Ryan kept his promise to bring us there… LoL

James also came down after his work (about 9+) to join us… went next door for shisha (not sure about the spelling), hehe… apple flavoured one, but most importantly it wasn’t addictive and more of an experience and fun…

Well, went home at 12+, 3 of us shared a cab (Ryan went to continue partying at Boat Quay), then during the journey, the cabbie uncle was quite talkative, and sometimes his conversation make no sense… LoL, lucky me was the first to alight and James still offered to send me upstairs, but you all know lah, I don’t want others to think wrongly so I say I can go up myself… Hehe… Somemore I will make sure there are no strangers lurking around (in the dark or corners)…

Saturday, I rot at home and did nothing meaningful till 1150pm, that is to watch England VS Andora in the Euro 2008 qualifiers… England trash Andora 5 : 0

But Lampard never performed again, instead let Peter Crouch tai-ko again… Defoe also had one goal that was kind of a hat-trick. Gerrad was also quite good that night…

Sunday, went to Sakura at Orchard (Tel: 6735 8197) for my brother’s birthday celebration… Haha, they had lots of sashimi and I had lots of Ebi Fry, Ebi Tempura, and Fried Chicken, etc… We ate till very full and it was hard to breathe and walk properly…

It was quite a nice place to eat International Buffet Dinner and cost for each Adult is $28 (not sure any difference for Weekdays)

So I will have more different types (countries) of cuisine to recommend to others next time lor…

About Myself

MY FAMILY

I'm the type who sits inconspicuously in the back of the room at any gathering seldom approaching someone first. Luckily I'm loyal to my friends and share the pain with them when they are experiencing the blues and lastly I don't like to engage in arguments. That's one thing that would make me really upset..

Collecting HRC (Hard Rock Cafe) Tees from different countries, so far I have those S'pore, KL, Bangkok, HK, Beijing, Tokyo Ueno, Rome, Paris, London, Barcelona. Friends bought for me from Los Angeles, Nagoya and Sydney.

I would love to travel round the world if $$ is not a problem.. hehe.. So far only been to parts of Malaysia like Malacca (1999, 2010), Genting (1999, 2002, 2006, 2009), JB (1996, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008, 2009), Kuala Lumpur (1999, 2004, 2006, 2010)... South Korea (1999), Hong Kong (2002, 2005, 2007, 2008), Macau (2002, 2005), Bangkok (2003, 2004, 2007, 2008, 2011) Beijing (2004), Taipei (2007) Taiwan (2010), Tokyo (2008), Rome (2008), Naples (2008), Paris (2008, 2009), London (2008, 2009), Barcelona (2009), Hainan (2011)...

Recently I have gotten addicted to Soccer again. It has been a long time since I watched, must have been the Interesting Fifa World Cup 2006 Matches...
