Recently I have been communicating with the graphic artist again, due to the newsletter thing for the coming August issue… Hehe, kind of happy lah… And it’s kind of funny also, recently been coughing quite badly and when he realized I’m sick, he actually “sound” concerned when I read his sms, it says "Must drink more water and take more rest" etc...

And today when we were corresponding over the phone, he said, “You still haven get well ah. Aiyoh” Haha… so cute hor… Maybe can get to see him once the newsletter is done and he will bring some copies over, like the last issue… Hehe, k lah, just some hua chi thoughts…

I have been quite busy for the past weekend, been out praying, house visiting and having dinners… Haha, the past weekend was a family gathering weekend… And I’m quite happy being able to see someone after so long…Well, they will be leaving town next week, so I guess my coming weekend is also reserved for them…

Oh ya, my internet connection crazy one… so now actually using dial up at home to access internet… super slow speed lor… I think is the line problem, nothing to do with modem lor… irritating, last time the SingTel people did not do a good job, must complain… LoL…

K lah, have to let my brother use computer le… he got to do school work…

A relative is back in town today… After being away for many years… I’m so happy when my mom told me the news this morning, I can’t wait for the gathering tonight… I can’t divulge too much lah, cos it’s just family gathering so it’s on a private matter…Those who know will know lor…LoL…

I think most people will know that I’m working for my relative right, but at office here, I try not to let outsiders know and I think those new colleagues also know unless they have guess it already…

Then there is this supplier lady, every time she call, I will cringe because, she is too friendly and she gives me “the too nosey poker feeling”… Sometimes she wants to talk to my boss, she would say, is that your “Jiu Jiu” (Maternal side) or “Shu Shu” (Paternal side)…

Haha, I often would just pretend not to hear but today she called up and say the same thing, so I told her, I can’t say anything, it isn’t convenient… then she say it’s only between us… LoL, she think I would fall for that meh…

Anyway, she still say I was the one who told her that my boss is my uncle… Haha… Maybe she overheard me calling my boss, Uncle so-so bah… I would never tell others that he’s my uncle lor… and whom am I related to there are some who knows lah…

Whatever people say lah… most of the time, it is easier to work without people knowing Who’s Who in Mirage… LoL…

Today is Friday leh, and my cough is only under control when I take my medicine and I tend to get drowsy after taking it… Better get well fast, else I got a lot of things can’t eat… Hehe… Have been avoiding chicken (my favourite meat) for many days le…

I’m having high-ness again, due to the fact that it’s Friday and maybe getting pay cheque today… Hehe, but I’ll still be broke till Monday… LoL… Nevertheless, I will be still happy because my relative and family is back and this weekend is for them…

But then I need to fix up my graphic card leh, still under warranty but I don’t know how to proceed… have to ask my friends first…

And I'm gian-ning for KTV... Argh with this blocked nose and coughing voice how to sing song wor... Sad ah!!

Before I forget, I recommended a new song from Tong En - Yi Xia Xia... I like I like, and I'm going to learn to sing it... Hehe... It's about crying over someone for awhile and time to move on...

ended today when I woke up and realised unlike the past few days when I'm well and up even though I was feeling feverish the night before...

Today went to the Doctor and got my temperature, it was 38.3 and I do not feel that I'm still having a fever... I got One Day MC from the Doctor and she warned me that if my fever still do not subside after tonight, I might have to go for a blood test... With the bird flu, dengue fever etc around, it's better to be careful...

So I was staying at home today lor... Just lazing around, and I slept till 1pm before I really woke up... Hehe, well I'm sick k...

K lah, I also don't know what to write leh... Maybe after I'm better then I'll be able to think better... Just had my medicine and it will cause drowsiness hence unable to think properly now... (haha, sounds like excuses)...

Oh ya, this is me at supper (having prata) last Sunday... Hehe, I like Teh Peng (Iced)...

My Sunday was spent in misery… Some spots below my shoulder blades (my back) aches and I wonder why?? Maybe it was due to the spring cleaning of office last Wednesday bah but so many days le, now still painful lor….

Then Saturday I went clubbing right, I did not drink a lot mah, but then I got a sore throat now and it is painful when I’m swallowing… sianED lor!!

Last night, around 1130pm when I want to try get some sleep, I felt feverish… Haha, I even have thoughts of getting MC today, because last night, after feeling feverish, I realised I really got slight fever, and my throat hurts a lot…

But morning wakie le, realised no fever, no headache (giddiness) so I guess I’m okie to go to work and now I’m sitting in office with a sore throat, and Monday blues…

I guess most people would just go get MC and rest more, but for my office not enough staffs at the moment, so I guess I just have to go work bah…

LoL, super sian ah… Oh maybe it was the Prata supper last night that aggravate the sore throat to a feverish me… Maybe later in the afternoon, if I still do not feel good, I guess I would go see Doctor and take 1/2 day MC bah...

I supposed if I recollect about Saturday night, I might feel better… Hehe… someone was there too and I did not know till last minute that he was also invited… LoL…

I guess might not see the someone till another mutual friend’s birthday in September bah… but I better don’t think too much first, because someone do not like to club…

Yesterday went to DblO for a friend's (Xinde) birthday celebration lor... Then first time in DblO the drinks given was so strong (because their house pour is only at $12 per jug, so expected the alcohol won't be strong) but I think they know the ppl there lor... Haha, did not drink alot but got high... Those light-headed feeling lah... Slept in my friend's car when they sending us home... LoL... Too tired le...

Then my friend kena road block, got verbal warning wor... I think his breath analyser he passed lah, but got alcohol level bah... So suay... Hehe...

Then I first time so friendly with the Server wor... I believe is their friend lah... See what he has draw on my hands...


I still tease him when he was drawing the tortoise ... I said, "Why you draw yourself ?"



Haha, so he revenge by drawing me as a pig with Spectacles somemore.. sorry ah, not very clear, cos have to use Handphone to take it before I go washroom then will wash it away le...

Now I'm having slight sore throat... Haha, think too heaty le, but I've already drink more water, so I think I'll be fine for work tomorrow...

It wasn’t the first time she was standing beside me (I’m sitting down) and poking me / “resting” her belly le… So frustrating and irritating, I was trying to sleep then something poke me… At first thought she was pregnant then I give her sit lor, then I recall she can run for the bus (cos I can see out of the windscreen when she was boarding)… Hehe, so I closed my eyes and went ahead to sleep…

Worse was, when the bus arrived at Newton MRT there, the uncle sitting beside me, suddenly just stand up and use his legs to push again mine as he wanted to alight… Argh, maybe he got say “excuse me” and I can't hear bah (cos listening to music), but it’s kinda rude lor, I’m napping then suddenly someone / something push again my legs… startled me leh…

How come Wednesday leh, but others still like having Monday blues or I think it’s just that they don’t care!!

It isn’t a wonder why Singapore was ranked so “high” in the courtesy survey… As long you travel using public transport, you get to see the many faces of Singaporeans…

Yesterday, I took cab home from office, I was at work till around 8pm and there are so many taxis around, I do not need to even call for a booking...

But I think the uncle is dishonest leh, already on AYE I don’t understand why he exit at Clementi (West Coast) to go via Bukit Timah, where he can exit at Clementi Ave 6 -> Bukit Batok then is a straight road all the way, but instead we encountered so many red lights… But maybe the route uncle take is faster, I'm not sure...

Haiz, now Taxi business is getting worse since the increase in the Peak Hour Surcharge, so he got to find ways to “earn” more money bah!! My fare was $14.10 (my usual was around $17 including booking fee lor) and I gave him $20, then his face like weird weird, so I told him, “Uncle, I got 10cents.” But I think he’s paiseh to accept lah, so he gave me change of $6…

Oh ya, this Sat is another friend’s birthday, going Double O again… LoL… I want to go because must toast him drinks… and my birthday hor, I’m hiding le… see can drag how long is how long lor… I realised I got too many enemies liao!! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Okie, I have an offer to go London (for work of course) and I can stay there till for 1 week and still got allowance to spend wor… Still got take the train to Paris if I have the time for leisure...

But then I will be going there alone (or maybe with a gal friend if I can find one to go with me, and air tickets with accommodation might be paid too)… But I have no confident in going it leh, because I’m not a Designer mah, so not sure go there can do the job properly anot, scully I can’t understand the “Englishman” how… With the accent, I suddenly do not have confident in myself liao…

Haha… Well, actually it wasn't me who will me going, but now I got the offer, so I say I’m okie with going lor… It hasn’t been confirm yet lah, but if I’m going then I will be away for 1 whole week… That will be from 24 July 2006 till 31 July 2006…

Till things are confirmed first bah… maybe in the end I won’t be going at all… And I haven’t inform my parents also… but then it’s for work so should be okie lah…

Well, thanks to Marquis Hqo (Ms. Eyman) for the free movies tickets, popcorns and coke, yesterday I went for Movies at Marina Square…Hehe, I think my last movie was the Da Vinci Code…Well, I recommend the Movie;

Pirates of the Carribean – The Dead Man’s Chest


I got off work at 6pm (so early hor) because the movie was at 6.30 so I got to rush there mah, and the bus took so long to come and the bus journey keep encountering red lights, I guess when one is impatient, everything seems to go wrong…

We were seated at Row B (2nd from the Front) and luckily the seats are quite a distance from the screen, else it will surely ruined our mood for the movie due to the too bright lights or having to squint our eyes or have to slide low on the seat and suffer the backache…

But what was best is, I really enjoyed the show… We (Singapore) was mentioned in the movie (just like the movie: King Kong) and there are actually some gruesome scenes, but then I have small guts in gruesome scenes lah… Unlike the previous movie, the plot this time is more lame, but funnier… There was some parts (like at the Tribal Island) I couldn’t stop laughing… Laugh till the side of stomach having slight pain…

And I think the so-called Monster in the movie wasn't scary, I think those undead crew (the very ugly) are worse... Btw there is definitely a sequel where they would venture to save ...erm... someone...

I won't reveal too much of the show lah, cos I think people who will be reading my blog (the few) might want to watch the movie... Jack Sparrow is still very gay-like in this movie, the way he walk, the way he run... SO GAY!!

Materazzi insulted my mother and sister

Zinedine Zidane has publicly apologised for his sending-off in the World Cup final, but claimed he did not regret his actions against Marco Materazzi.

Zidane, who was captaining his country in his final match before retirement, stated that Materazzi insulted his mother and sister in the seconds leading up to the incident, which saw the France midfielder thrust his head into the Italy defender's chest.

'I reacted badly and I would like to apologise for it,' Zidane told Canal Plus. 'I would like to apologise because a lot of children were watching the match. I do apologise but I don't regret my behaviour because regretting it would mean he was right to say what he said.

'There was no tension with Materazzi before or during the match.

'He just put his hand onto my shirt and I told him to stop. I told him that if he wanted it I could give it to him at the end of the match.

'Then he said very harsh words to me and repeated them several times. I left but then I went back towards him and things went very fast. The words he said concerned my mother and sister.

'I heard them once, then twice, and the third time I couldn't control myself. I am a man and some words are harder to hear than actions. I would have rather been knocked down than hear that.'

'Afterwards I explained to the referee that I had been provoked, but my behaviour is not forgivable,' Zidane said.

Without Zidane, who had earlier given France the lead with a penalty, extra-time finished with the score locked at 1-1, and Zidane's team lost the penalty shoot-out 5-3 to Italy.

Asked whether he plans to attend FIFA hearings into the incident, Zidane said that he would seek to defend himself.

'I will go and I will tell everything I have just said,' he added. 'The reaction is always punished but if there is no provocation there is no reaction. The guilty person is the one who provokes.

'If I reacted that way, it is because something bad happened. Do you really believe that 10 minutes before the end of my career I would be able to make such a bad gesture? The provocation was very serious.'

The incident was a sad way to end what has been a glittering career for Zidane, but he insisted he would not change his mind about retiring.

'This is a decision I have made and I will not go back on it,' he said. 'This is definite. I will not play again.'

Materazzi himself, who scored the equaliser for Italy on Sunday, made a statement of his own while Zidane was speaking on French television.

'I didn't mention anything about religion, politics or racism,' he said. 'I didn't insult his mother. I lost my mother when I was 15 years old and still get emotional when I talk about it.

'Naturally, I didn't know that his mother was in hospital but I wish her all the best.

'Zidane is my hero and I have always admired him a lot.'

Ever since World Cup ended, having withdrawal symptoms and life turned empty… Kind of weird hor… but I haven been able to sleep anytime earlier than 12 midnight for the past week… And I only slept 2.5hrs on Monday (due to the Finals) and for the past week, sleeping for around 6 hours everyday seems like not sufficient to recharge my energy level…

And my dark rings are definitely getting worse… Nothing can save it le…Have been like a zombie for days and so sick of it… Give me excitement and give me colourful life… Restless ME!!

I guess, the higher you climb, the harder the fall… The happier I felt over the weekend seems to drag me back down harder this week…

Argh, WHATEVER!!

I just hope this weekend, I can regain some of my cheerfulness… maybe it’s just the lack of sleep that had me in this “WONDERFUL” mood…

What shall I do?? Drown my Sorrows?? Haha, Nah!! Alcohol not good... My last was a Cup of Vodka Sprite (and I mixed a little Cranberry Juice into it) at KBox last Saturday... Maybe I shall go KTV again this weekend, if time / money permits...

Okie, I admit… I’m having World Cup Withdrawal Symptoms now… Argh!!

No more matches at night to watch, No more “GOALS” to shout out at night, No more handsome/s to gaze at… Been having No mood ever since the matches are officially over…

And I’m still wondering what had happened and said to Zidane that made him so ANGRY that he has to “act like a bull”, France also got played “Bull Fighting” meh?? Hehe… I guess, maybe he is angry that the Italian player grabbed Zidane’s chest (like molesting him) then verbally (maybe got “sexual” content) abused him and with Zidane was already very exhausted, became very agitated…hence that “header” into the opponent’s chest, that left the Italian lying on the floor, gasping for breathe… Really that painful meh? Italians on the pitch like to act one, so kind of hard to gain my Sympathy… LoL

But then at least there is an Consolation (BIG) prize for Zidane, he got the Golden Ball Award, winning Italy’s captain (I forgot his name), gotten the Silver Ball Award…

I shall now wait for the FA Cup, EPL etc to start… Then I have got things to watch le… LoL... What a soccer addict I am, and come 20 August 2006, Chelsea VS Man City… Hehe, can see Lampard dribble lor!!

Haiz, super sleepy now, no morale booster for the past 2 days… my zi-high over le… Haha… Okie, I will be watching “Pirates of the Carribean, The Dead Man’s Chest” this Thursday night and it’s free tickets… but not all things went well, because I actually got invite someone lah, but then someone got work appointment lor…But nevermind, I got my beloved cousins to go with me… It’s the same!!

And what should I do this Saturday, last Saturday when I went out shopping with cousins, suddenly I got friends asking me out… Edwin asked to go Clubbing, then Daniel asked to go Coffee… Some days I practically “rot” at home and my phone is like “dead”… No sound one… Haha, see how lor, if no one ask me out, then I shall sleep my day through, or maybe clear my cupboard and after that to update my Auctions with “new” things from the Cupboard clearing event…Oh ya, I need to take my router from James… Hehe… See how things go bah!!

Aiyo, withdrawal symptoms very strong wor… imagine how the other Hardcores will feel… come mid August fast, then got things to watch le… btw another 2 weeks to the Lunar 7th Month, this year we have it for 2 months… It’s a rare long “holidays” for the “Brothers and Sisters” of the other world…

I discovered that Ribery was kind of too impatient many times, and when there are times for him to be fast, he became too slow… And I do dislike the Italians for their “diving” skills… Somemore the Mr. Referee like abit biased, well he was the one who send Rooney off, and said to be harsh in his decision...

Oh, btw, I only watch till 4am, i.e the Full Time only, because I couldn’t tahan le, so the Extra time of 30mins, and the Penalty Shoot Outs, I had to miss it, but I’ll try to see if I can watch the replay tonight…But as I listened to the Morning news, and was disappointed that France lost during the PSOs… Maybe the “Most Expensive Goalkeeper” (Italy Goalkeeper) was really that good, because I did not watch…

yesterday I went shopping and KTV with my 2 cousins...

I met my cousins at 2pm and I reach home at 1am... We were shopping from 3pm till 6+pm

Then KTV from 7pm till 1030pm... Then we went to Clarke Quay, walk walk abit, before taking the Night Rider Home... haha, kind of boh liao right, but it's cousin bonding day mah... Too bad my sis not feeling well, and our Brothers never come...

Spent alot of money and enjoyed myself alot... Well, we spent more than 1hr inside Far East and I bought a white Blouse there...

And after that went to Zara, and I bought a top similar to my cousin's one but of different colour... went to Mango sale again, bought another top, and I thought that the size can, but then abit tight... Haha, I guess have to lose some weight first then can wear or I shall sell it away online... But I like the Bambi leh... Haiz...

Oh ya, I still have ear-studs and my bag which I still haven buy... LoL... I'm practically spending my 1/2 month bonus away...

And I was on a high the whole day... For those who know, will who... Whatever you say!!....

Hehe, they did not disappointed me after all... I thought that Portugal will win unexpectedly again... But then Germany did a good show but it was during the 2nd half though...

I felt that during the 1st half, Germany depended too much on Klose... But then as long the outcome is what I expected and desired, I'm okie with it...


Schweinsteriger (a 21 year old - Position: Winger) scored 2 goals for Germany... Great work...

And I think it was very suay that Germany was already in the lead with 1 goal and Portugal, Petit did an Own Goal... And although I do dislike C.Ronaldo for his "diving skills", arrogant and attitude problem, I actually think his dribbling skills are quite good... But maybe too "young" a player against the experienced Germans...But yesterday, he really "dive" quite a few times lor... sianED...

And the Portugal Coach was disappointed beyond words...

While the German Coach was happy beyond words...

Not sure whether did I disclose to others before, but I had a younger sister, who would have turned 21 this year… she might be having her 21st birthday celebration today, 07 July 2006…

But so sad that she cannot even live long enough to celebrate her 1st birthday… She might be closer to my Cousin than me due to their age different of 1 year instead of mine which is 3 years…

She was born with a hole-in-the-heart deficiency, she spent a lot of my parents money, but surgery at that time (1985) could not do much to help her… I remember her big beautiful eyes, she was lying in my mom’s arms on the hospital bed and refuse to look at me… I was an curious 3+ years old kid, and she look so small, so beautiful to me…

I guess she would be a pretty lady now, given her looks with big expressive eyes… And I guess she would dislike her Chinese name, because it’s quite obiang…But then maybe if she lives on that wouldn’t had been her name, my parents wanted to give her a more fortunate name hence that obiang name…

I guess things are fated bah… Because if I have my younger sister, than maybe I won’t have my younger brother…Maybe we will all be siblings again in our next lives??
