Batam Trip (12 February 2006)
Took weird pics with my brother, due to us being too bored while on board... haha, actually both of us were quite sleepy, but the view was quite nice too miss anyway...
Finally reach Batam after 45mins of Ferry ride, then first thing they went was Go-Kart... I did not play cos legs too short, haha, no lah, felt it wasn't very safe, no seatbelts... and it wasn't very good for my pocket, only change $$50 and to spend $15 for 10mins of Go-Karting, I rather buy things... haha... Check out the "Potential Racers" listening to Instructions...

Then went to this place called Goldern Prawn 555 for Lunch, Seafood Lunch.. Yummy....
We had Crabs, Prawns, Sotong etc... But hor, was too engrossed in eating, i forgot to take pics by the time i remember, it was all GONE!! HAHAHA!!
See ALL GONE, except the Sea Snails (Something like that lah, got to use toothpick to pick it out). My Brother ate most of it, maybe that's why he's acting like that.... SEE -->
Shopping at Batam ok lah, maybe due to language barrier, bargaining abit hard, bangkok is still a easier place to bargain...
I'm trying to take a pic of myself but not nice leh, look silly... haha... wanted to try take more, then my sis tell me got No Photography sign... so dare not take liao...
The others went for Javanese Massage, at $20 for 1 and 1/2 half... then my bro and I not interested so went walking around at a new Shopping Centre opposite, but nothing much also, so we went to look for FOOD... saw this place (Not the Star 99) It's called D'Crust...
The person with her back facing me is the LADY BOSS, keep smiling at me, must be very happy cos we order alot as compare to others lah... Her Deco cute hor, like real ants but it's actually sort of like wallpaper thing but stick on the glass bar counter...
The Menu
We order, a big glass of Ice Cream (Mocha Flavour), Mango Ice-blended, 2 plates of Spiral Fries (that's curly fries), one Cheese Sausage all these cost less than 30,000 Rupiah that's about S$5
Those are our empty plates... then after eating we wanted to go back to our waiting point for the others then saw cheap watches, so me and my bro bought one each... and today my boss compliment my watch nice... haha... i wore the watch i bought yesterday and it's a cheapo anyway.... then it's back to the Ferry Terminal for our 1hour ride back... The ferry this time looks better...

Okie, as I have mentioned previously that I'm going to Batam with my siblings, today shall blog on the event... It's my first trip there wor, somemore is my first Indonesia Chop on my Passport... so Happy!!
It will be mostly pictures, but pardon the quality lah, couldn't find my camera, so had to use my Handphone Camera.... hehe

This is the ferry that we took at HarbourFront Cruise Centre... Okok lah, don't expect too much, but we each have a free mineral water... haha

After the Go-kart, went to this Dry Goods Store, bought quite alot of goodies, like Cuttlefish, Crackers etc... See the long queue...
Some of the things that they are selling, wanted to take a picture of the seahorses they are selling but due to it being inside the plastic bag, I couldn't get a clear pic so gave up...
