New Hair Style and Color Went for a haircut last Saturday, 28 May 2005. All the way to AMK Ave 4 (cant rem, i ask le but forget the avenue again, hehe) and also dunno whether is it good.. it’s those below HDB Hair Saloon, cost only $14 for a haircut and 4 of us (kt, zj, xiong and myself [I was psycho by zj]) dyed our hair cost $50 (for ladies), guys cheaper $35.. Now, I have a new style, quite similar to my old style but got a more softer look.. haha.. and my hair color is now darker, she recommend me a dark ash color.. hehe..

haha.. we were there around 4+ ba, then got some ppl, so they put us last.. and we fininsh everything around 815pm, hungry like siao also.. went to this cheap jap "restaurant" and eat.. ate a bento set, scallop, ebi fry, and 2 more side dishes and each of us pay less than 10... cheap hor..

  Ups and Downs... Haiz, thought that my boss outstation would have been heaven, instead it became hell...

Tio scolded from the PM again... I'm a innocent party leh, i'm not in charge and not of technical department, how would i know what are the things that are suppose to be delivered to site. SIAO right...

He was complaining say why suppose to propose 2 Homogenous Tiles + 4 Natural Granites for the MCST to view, instead on site was 3 Homogenous Tiles + 3 Natural Granites.. wasted their time, and this is what i really dun feel shuang: "What the hell you guys are doing, you better tell you boss about this!!" I can only say: i will check it out with so-and-so (my colleague lah) stupid right, start scolding me for what, all i said was so-and-so out for meeting... then he started ranting liao... >; (

His next call, my other colleague told him, (cos i went washroom) both so-and-so and boss outstation, wah, more jialat liao, he more angry... say how can the both of them go outstation together.. haha.. why not..

THAT'S it. The sales vultures lunging at me have pushed their products just a little too hard.
I'm an educated woman.

I earn my keep and I decide how I spend my money.

I've won my fair share of pitched battles with lying, cheating contractors and furniture companies. I'll show these pushy sales people... by going blank behind the eyes.

Yes, the bimbo trick. Smoothing my hair, batting my lashes, I sway into my best attempt at being a bimbo.

I sing out words that have stopped many a salesperson dead in his or her tracks: 'I dunno, leh. I must ask my husband how.' Watch the sales spiel freeze in mid-sentence.

Perhaps it's that Asian cultural thing about not interfering with family matters. Or it could be due to some bitter experience with clueless women who turn out to be a waste of time. So take a few minutes today and practise being a bimbo. You'll be rewarded for it one day.

  Guys, look good for the girls HOW many times have we seen married couples holding hands, with the woman in smart office attire with makeup and heels, and the guy in T-shirt and bermudas?

The sight of a spiffy woman paired with a grungy male is becoming commonplace, especially on weekday evenings.

On Sundays, we often see the woman in smart casuals, while her man is still in tees and shorts.
All too obviously, women take the trouble to be presentable while men tend to be slobs.
The saying goes, men impress their girlfriends but depress their wives.

Yet, even many young couples who look like they are on their first dates do not do better. The man would be dressed for a rock concert while his date is all dolled up, as if to take part in a choral performance.

The incongruity is unsightly to behold!
